Seeking treatment for the suicidal youth is one of the most important things a parent can do.

Treatment is vital in helping someone who has suicidal thoughts, treatment can help tone down the thoughts and allow the person to improve mentally and overcome their illness, and it can save a life.

Interview 3 helped me justify this answer because it came from a reputable source that I know I can trust.

I plan to continue my study of answer 2 by doing research on sources parents can go to for services and treatment for their suicidal child.
